Gravity Girls SA – Members Ride Cobbler Creek RP 📅 Date: Sunday 14th June 🕙 Time: 10 am (arrive 10 mins before to get yourself ready to ride!) 📍 Location: Cobbler Creek RP 🧭 Meeting Point: Carpark off Smith Rd (map link) About the Ride This is an Level 1 / 2 social ride, perfect for reconnecting with the GGSA community, getting on the bike, and enjoying some great trails together. Each group will have a GGSA Ride Leader and Sweep. The pace will be relaxed on this ride! We will check out some of the great green and blue trails that Cobblers has to offer! You can expect to ride betweem 8-12km in total.   Who Is This Ride For? This is a level 1 / 2, with riders split into groups based on ability. ⚠️ Choosing the correct level is essential. This helps us plan groups properly and ensure we have enough ride leaders and sweeps. Minimum requirement: All riders must be comfortable riding green singletrack mountain bike trails. Rider Levels Level 1 – Beginner to Early Intermediate • Confident on green singletrack • Relaxed pace, skill-building focus Level 2 – Intermediate • Confident on green & blue trails • Moderate fitness required • Comfortable riding approximately 10–12 km of trail Level 3 – Strong Intermediate to Advanced • Confident, steady pace • Higher fitness level than Level 2 • Comfortable riding approximately 18–20 km of trail • Green through to black trails L3 riders are welcome, however you must recognise that this will be a relaxed pace on easier trails.  Groups will be clearly organised on the day so everyone rides within their comfort zone. Escape, Connect, Evolve 🌿🚵‍♀️ Join us for a relaxed and social weekend away in Melrose with the Gravity Girls SA crew! This trip is all about riding bikes, hanging out, and soaking up good company in a beautiful location. 🎟️ Register Your Spot Please make sure you register / grab a ticket for this trip so we know who’s coming and can plan rides and comms accordingly. This event is for paid Gravity Girls SA members. 👉 This is super important even though you’re organising your own accommodation and transport. This is a social, largely self-managed weekend – we’ll organise a couple of optional guided rides, but outside of those, you’re free to ride, explore, or chill at your own pace 🙌 👉 Accommodation is booking out quickly, so we strongly recommend locking something in ASAP! 📅 Dates Friday 26 - Sunday 28 June 2026 🚵‍♀️ Riding Plan (flexible & weather-dependent) Friday: Optional social ride in the afternoon Saturday: Main ride day – choose between: The Epic Trail Epic Bail Out option Sunday: Casual ride if people are keen All rides are optional - you’re welcome to do your own thing at any point 👍 💡 Rider Levels All abilities are welcome! 💛 *That said, the main guided ride on Saturday (Epic / Epic Bail Out) is best suited to: Strong intermediate to advanced riders Riders with a good level of fitness (or on an e-bike!) These rides are always super fun (I mean who doen't love not having to ride back up the hill?!).  This is an all-levels ride - Kersbrook has a range of trails that can be shuttled, but we do recommend riders are at least strong level 1, as there are no super easy green trails here. Who Is This Ride For? This is an all levels ride, with riders split into groups based on ability. We recommend you are at least a strong level 1 rider.  ⚡🚲 E-Bikes If you are on an e-bike and happy to just ride back up the hill (often you'll beat the bus!), then just get yourself a free 'E-Bike - Self Shuttle' ticket.  ⚠️ Choosing the correct level is essential. This helps us plan groups properly and ensure we have enough ride leaders and sweeps. Minimum requirement: All riders must be comfortable riding intermediate singletrack mountain bike trails. There aren't too many technical trails but a few tricky sections here and there! The aim is to keep a pretty good pace.  Who Is This Ride For? ⚠️ Choosing the correct level is essential. This helps us plan groups properly and ensure we have enough ride leaders and sweeps. Minimum requirement: All riders must be comfortable riding blue & some black singletrack mountain bike trails. Gravity Girls SA - Members Ride / Shuttles Fox creek Bike Park 📅 Date: Sunday 01st March 🕙 Time: 12:30pm (arrive 10 mins before to get yourself ready to ride!) 📍 Location: Fox Creek Bike Park  🧭 Meeting Point: Lower car park  (map link) About the Ride Our first shuttle day of 2026! These rideas are always super fun (I mean who doen't love not having to ride back up the hill?!).  This is an all-levels ride - Fox Creek has trails of all levels that can be shuttled, so you can stick with laps of Green Smoothie, or explore the other blue and black DH trails.  There will also be a group doing a reccy of Blue Goove, which is the trail that we will be running in the DH race coming up on the 15th of March. This is a great oppertunity to check the track out, section by section! *Inside Line MTB Club are holding their 'Ride & Rego' day at Fox Creek on the same day. This is a day where their members can come along and pick up their race plates for the season (amoungst other things). They also put on shuttles for their members. This day will be a great chance to meet the crew from Inside Line, and to experience a taste of what it might feel like on our race day.  Who Is This Ride For? This is an all-levels social ride, perfect for reconnecting with the GGSA community, getting back on the bike, and enjoying some great trails together. We’ll also be checking out sections of the upcoming Gravity Girls XC race course, making this a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with the trails - no racing required. Who Is This Ride For?
